A Chocolate Candy Recipe to Die For

Who says that you can only get chocolate candy from a candy shop? Well, if you still have that sort of thinking you need to throw that out of the window because chocolate candies can be made even within the comforts of one's home. Yes, you heard that right! There is a lot of chocolate candy recipe that you can choose from. If you don't know where to look for these homemade recipes your best bet would be on the internet, local bookshops, and someone you know that is an expert at making Chocolate Candy.Making homemade candies is a real treat and is so much fun. For sure, anyone's kitchen will be buzzing with laughter and joy from the participants. A favorite chocolate candy recipe of mine that I would like to share is Chocolate Caramel Candy. These make wonderful treats especially during Thanksgiving and they are pretty easy to make. They just need a lot of ingredients but what Chocolate treat doesn't?Here are the ingredients that you will need in making Chocolate Caramel Candy:• milk chocolate chips (1 cup)• butterscotch chips (1/4 cup)• creamy peanut butter (1/4 cup)• butter (1/4 cup)• white sugar (1 cup)• evaporated milk (1/4 cup)• marshmallow crème (1 1/2 cups)• creamy peanut butter (1/4 cup)• vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)• chopped salted peanuts (1 1/2 cups)• package caramels (1 (14 ounce)• heavy whipping cream (1/4 cup)• milk chocolate chips (1 cup)• butterscotch chips (1/4 cup)• creamy peanut butter (1/4 cup)And now, for the procedure:a. Find a 13 x 9 inch pan and lightly grease itb. Mix together a cup of milk chocolate chips, ¼ cup of butterscotch chips and a quarter cup of creamy peanut butter in a small saucepan.



 Stir constantly over low grade hear until melted and smooth. Spread unto the prepared pan and refrigerate until set.c. For the FillingUsing a big saucepan dissolve the butter over medium to high heat. Mix in the sugar and evaporated milk. Wait until the mixture boils and then stir for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, remove it from the heat and stir in the marshmallow cream, 1/4 cup of the peanut butter, and the vanilla. Add in the peanuts, and spread over the base layer. Refrigerate until set.d. For the Caramel LayerMix the caramel and cream in a saucepan, stir over low heat until melted and becomes smooth. Spread over the top of the filling and refrigerate until smooth and firm.e. To Make Frosting LayerIn another saucepan combine the following:1 cup milk chocolate chips1/4 butterscotch chips1/4 cup peanut butterf. Stir over low grade heat until it melts and becomes smooth and then pour over the caramel layer. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and then cut into 1 inch squares.g. Store in the refrigerator.This chocolate candy recipe brings back so many memories. Thanksgiving is never complete without good old fashioned Chocolate Caramel Candy. So what are you waiting for?
